1. Nature of the program
This is an Advance Purchase Plan offered by our cracker shop. It is a prepaid purchase program that lets customers pay monthly installments toward future purchases from our store.

2. Not a financial product
This is NOT a chit fund, investment scheme, banking product, deposit scheme, or financial service. The platform does not offer interest, dividends, investment returns, lotteries, auctions, or prize distributions.
3. Advance payments only
Every installment paid by the customer is treated as an advance payment toward future purchases from our store. Payments are not investments and do not earn financial returns.
4. Individual customer balances
Customer funds are maintained individually and are not pooled with funds of other customers. There are no auctions, bidding systems, lucky draws, or rotation among participants.
5. Redemption
Customers may redeem their accumulated plan balance only for eligible products sold by our store, subject to applicable laws. Product prices at the time of redemption shall apply unless otherwise specified.
6. Promotional bonus
Promotional bonuses or store credit may be offered solely at the discretion of the shop. Such bonuses are not interest, dividends, or investment returns.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Changes to the program
The shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plan with prior notice while honoring eligible customer balances.
9. Product availability
Availability of crackers is subject to government regulations, stock availability, and applicable legal restrictions.
10. Delivery
Delivery shall be subject to transportation regulations and service availability.
